Description of Job Duties:
- Settlement processing
- Register and manage customer registrations in multiple ISO programs and web based applications.
- Coordinate with sales on support market rules and general pricing.
- Testing and performance evaluation.
- Utility Company interface.
- Understand customer contracts with customers and contractual obligations with ISO.
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree. MBA or other relevant graduate work desired. Prior energy related experience a plus.
Experience Preferred:
Utility and/or regulatory experience preferred with subject matter expertise in at least one of the following areas: Energy Trading, Rate Analysis, Demand Response, Energy Procurement or Energy Markets
Other Skills: (writing or specific software)

Asset Service Specialist

Outside Sales Representatives
This position is responsible for prospecting and cold-calling in the greater Los Angeles, CA area, selling Demand Response contracts in specified geographic areas by creating prospect lists, initiating prospect contacts, developing prospect relationships, presenting NAPP's program(s) and closing contracts. Support NAPP customer service and operations departments as needed. Web-based prospect tracking and reporting.
Customer Service Manager
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to the establishment and implementation of NAPP’s customer service policy, plans and procedures, supervision of customer service personnel, complaint resolution, maintaining accurate records using NAPP’s CRM tool, analyzing and reporting relevant statistics, recruiting staff, and handling face-to-face meetings with customers. Your main goal is to ensure that NAPP satisfies its customers' needs by understanding customers' requirements, NAPP’s obligations and exceeding customer expectations if possible.
